Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view and download your sales receipt in a few ways:

  1. Email – Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a confirmation email from us, which includes your receipt.

  2. Account Dashboard – If you purchased while logged into your account, your receipt will be available under Order History or Purchases.

  3. Guest Checkout – If you checked out as a guest, look for a link in your confirmation email or enter your order number and email to access it.

  4. Contact Us – Need help? Reply with your order number, and we’ll resend your receipt promptly!

How can I return an item?

Returning an item is easy! Here’s how:

  1. Check Eligibility – Ensure your item is within our return window (typically 30 days) and in its original condition with tags/packaging.

  2. Start Your Return –

    • Guest Checkout: Use our Returns Portal and enter your order number + email.

    • In-Store Purchases: Bring the item + receipt to any Store Location.

  3. Pack & Ship (if applicable) – Print the prepaid return label included in your return confirmation, securely package the item, and drop it off at the carrier.

  4. Refund Timing – Refunds are processed within 30 business days after we receive your return. You’ll be refunded to your original payment method.
